About Ninna York

All jewellery is made by hand and made to order. Therefore, production and delivery times must be expected. The average delivery time is 3-5 weeks, but if you need your order sooner, feel free to contact info@ninnayork.com.

Prices

We reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out items and discontinued products.

Payment

ninnayork.com accepts payment with the following methods: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and ApplePay. For custom orders with local pickup, bank payment is also an option.

As all orders are made to order, payment is charged from your bank account when the order is placed.

ninnayork.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders. The webshop, ninnayork.com, also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

All prices on the website include VAT, and you can shop in Danish kroner (DKK).

Delivery

All jewellery is made by hand and made to order. Therefore, production and delivery times must be expected. The average delivery time is 3-5 weeks, but if you need your order sooner, feel free to contact info@ninnayork.com.

Please note that delivery time depends on your location, as all jewellery is shipped from Denmark.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace number.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The period starts on the day the order is delivered to your home address or picked up at a parcel shop.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to info@ninnayork.com no later than 14 days after delivery. In the message, you must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and include your order number. You are always welcome to reply to your order confirmation so we have all the necessary information.

You are responsible for any return costs.

Please note that custom jewellery cannot be returned.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the item's value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and functionality. This means you may try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item is used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount may be refunded, depending on the item's condition.

It is up to Ninna York to assess the item's condition.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers software, material, and manufacturing defects.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Ninna York within 24 hours of receiving your order. We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is void in cases of incorrect or unusual handling of the product.

Complaints are not accepted if sent COD (cash on delivery).
